Our kitchen is not a common hotel kitchen but is
like a grandma kitchen. Every day we make
different menu that we serve either in the
terrace or in the courtyard.For this you have to
reserve your dinner when youare making your room
reservation.
Our breakfast is famous. Almost all things
served are all home made or obtained from local
farms, especially the jams are made in our own
characteristic style with season fruits cooked
in the Egean sun.
The olive oil and olives served are all from our
own olive orchard situated in Sirince village.
